Canada

Have ordered a few things to Canada....

The last 3 orders the shipping has been at least 100% more the cost than the product itself....usually 150%

Just ordered a 50lb box from China...arrived in 6 days, for about the same cost as your shipping 100 sheets to me.

Love your product...but actively seeking new vendors as your shipping rates to Canada are atrocious.
You need other options rather than 2-3 day FedEx....
USPS, slower FedEx ect.

I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our shipping options and shipping costs to Canada. We have evaluated a variety of shipping options to Canada and we currently offer what we believe to be are the most reliable and lowest cost options available. At one point in the past, we offered a parcel post option through the US Postal Service, but the service was so unreliable that it resulted in a large number of complaints. In some cases, the USPS parcel post service would take weeks for the goods to arrive and we couldn't provide a definitive time frame for delivery. We decided that it was better to not offer that option than have customers complaining or requesting refunds when the goods were slow to arrive.

We have found UPS, Fedex and USPS Priority Mail to be the only reliable options to Canada for our customers. We are offering the UPS Canada Standard Ground option and that is the lowest cost method that UPS offers to Canada. We do not make money on shipping and on many orders we are subsidizing the actual shipping cost. For UPS and Fedex shipping, we are passing along our significant carrier discounts.

Unfortunately, our products are very heavy. 1000 sheets of labels weigh 25-32 lbs. depending on the material that you purchase. A 100 sheet order is at least 3-4 lbs. with packaging. We are happy to ship on your own shipping account and you can pay the carrier directly for the shipping fees if you have the ability to get products into Canada at a lower rate than we are charging.

We obviously don't want to lose your business. If you are aware of a better option that we should be providing, we would be very interested in learning about that option.

Thanks.

Dave C.
