I have a graphic from one label that runs into the label beneath it. It is not my printer, because I have a different package I'm using that works just fine. This company is very reluctant to trust its customers and VERY reluctant to replace a defective product. I sent a photo as proof of defective product, and all I get as a reply is a bunch of tips as to how to use their misaligned label sheets. NOT good business, NOT good customer service.

Did you ever get help fixing this issue. I am having major issues with my alignment and can't find help fixing it.

Dbuckler -

I'm really sorry to hear about the alignment issues you've experienced, and that you've had trouble getting in touch with our customer service team. Since it sounds like you've already worked through the alignment suggestions listed on the website, it will probably be best if you work with one of our customer service specialists to walk you through troubleshooting the issues you've encountered.

I've spoken to our customer service manager this morning and provided her with your information. Someone will be reaching out shortly to assist you personally.

I was having the same issue as everyone else despite doing alignment checks on your program, adobe, my printer, etc. Nothing worked.

Here's the solution that worked for me in case anyone else is currently pulling their hair out and considering a refund:
1. Save your design as an image
2. Download the word template for your size-mine was 2.25 (https://www.onlinelabels.com/templates/blank/ol8750?type=microsoft-word&version=6461&layout=Portrait) (Why did I never know this existed??)
3. Insert your image into the template (if your background is black like mine, decrease transparency to make sure it's 100% correctly aligned and then put it back to normal when aligned)
4. Save as PDF and print "Actual Size" (my settings changed back for this document for some reason)
Hope this helps!!

I burned through a whole pack of 2"round labels trying to figure this out. I just received a new order. This time I will be trying 1.5"/2"/2.5" high gloss round weather proof I have tried all the suggestions with no success, I am going to try some different apps and hope one works. I would love some replacements as well if it's possible. I will post results of my latest efforts.
Cheers, Dylan

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you've had with properly aligning your round labels. If you haven't located it on our site already, we do have a pretty extensive printer alignment guide available that provides details and potential troubleshooting tips for some of the most commonly encountered alignment issues. You can view the guide at the link below:

https://www.onlinelabels.com/articles/printer-alignment-guide

This guide is geared towards users that are printing their labels using a computer. I noticed in your first post that you mentioned trying different apps to see if you could achieve better results. If you're attempting to use a mobile device and third party applications to print your labels then the suggestions listed in our printer alignment guide likely won't apply. In this scenario, some trial and error would likely be necessary simply due to differences in the available settings for applications from device to device. If you have the option to use a computer, then accessing Maestro Label Designer through a computer browser should give you much better results when printing your round labels.

If the suggestions listed in the guide don't resolve your alignment issues, please contact our customer service team directly for assistance. They can work with you in an effort to resolve the issues, and will be more than happy to send some replacement sheets to you as well. You can reach our customer service team by dialing 1-888-575-2235, or by submitting a support ticket at the link below:

I hope this helps. If you need any additional information please just let me us know.

Wow, it's nice to see how helpful OnlineLabels.com is! I had alignment issues at first some but only wasted about 10 sheets of my 5.5" glossy waterproof circles. I'm about to order 250 more. I love Maestro Label Designer! I can't believe how awesomely helpful Onlinelabels.com has been in designing/making my own labels!

I also love the Maestro activation codes received after purchases and how you can activate them as needed. It has been really helpful. Its great to know actual staff is available on this forum to help as seen in this thread. My circles are perfect enough and don't have to be exactly within mm perfect. I did have a little issue at first with them being too off but was able to correct it quickly. Thank goodness! Thank you Onlinelabels.com. It's reassuring to know you're here to help if needed with technical issues!

I'm having the same issue as others. I just spent 20 minutes with customer support and while they were nice, didn't resolve the problem (yes I'm using Acrobat Reader, yes, printing 'actual size' and yes 'print as image' is ticked. Yes I'm using Maestro software with the right template. I really need these stickers, can you help?

Her is what the sheet looks like after I take the stickers off so you can see the error:

I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you're experiencing. We'll do what we can to assist. It sounds like you've already gone over the most common suggestions that tend to resolve alignment issues. I did take the time this morning to test the OL914 template in Maestro Label Designer to ensure that the template was accurate, and confirmed that the template is working as intended and printing correctly aligned labels.

Based on the image that you provided showing all of the labels removed from one printed sheet it looks like you're experiencing some degree of page scaling, just not in the manner that we're accustomed to seeing. Normally page scaling is caused by the "Fit to page" option within the print settings. This option shrinks everything just slightly and tends to bring the printed images inward, closer to the center of the page. In the image that you linked to, it looks like the opposite effect is occurring. Rather than everything shrinking and moving inward towards the center of the page, the labels seem slightly enlarged and blown outward toward the edges of the page. As far as I know, there isn't a print setting that can cause this type of effect. You mentioned in your post that you were using the correct template within Maestro Label Designer, but after reviewing your account I noticed saved templates for both the OL914 and OL5375 templates. It's possible that if you've accidentally saved and printed from one of the OL5375 templates that you would achieve the effect described above. Since the OL5375 template includes 2" circles with 20 per page, and the OL914 template includes 1.75" circles with 20 per page, if you were to print on your OL914WX labels using one of the saved OL5375 templates, the images would appear slightly enlarged and blown out toward the edges of the sheet.

I did take a close look at your saved OL914 template as well, and do see one key adjustment that you can make that would likely improve the print alignment. Our templates in Maestro Label Designer include dotted gray lines that indicate the "safe zone" within the label cell. If design elements fall outside those gray lines, Maestro Label Designer will provide a warning located in the upper right corner of the design area that notifies you that the design needs an adjustment. This is necessary due to the small amount of shifting that can occur through any desktop inkjet or laser printer. Your rounded text that circles the perimeter of the label falls outside of the gray "safe zone" indicator. Shrinking the design down slightly to ensure that the border text fits within the gray dotted line should definitely help improve the general alignment on your printed sheets. You could also try adjusting the paper type setting to a photo or glossy setting. Doing so will significantly slow down the paper feed as the label sheets travel through the printer, which can reduce the degree to which the sheets shift while printing, but I'd definitely recommend bringing in the rounded border text so that it falls within the gray dotted line. This will give you your best chance at achieving properly aligned round labels.

I hope this helps. Please just let us know if you need any additional information. If you'd like to speak to one of our experienced customer service supervisors I can have someone reach out to you for further troubleshooting.

Wellllllll, the reason you see both 1.75 and 2.0 templates is because I purchased BOTH! One via Amazon and one via your site, so nope that's not the problem. Anyway, I'm going in and manually adjusting to make it fit what I've got. My printer is remarkably consistent in how it prints, so while it will look "off" in your Meastro software it's printing in the circles finally, but this is tedious time-sucking and soul-sucking work, not to mention I have to sacrifice MANY sheets to get this work, but I need these stupid stickers

I'm glad to hear you were able to find a solution, but I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had in resolving the issue. I'm sending you an additional 25 sheets of the OL914WX at no cost to offset some of the sheets you lost while testing. I see that our customer service team issued a call tag during your call with them. If you decide you're unable to use the product we'll be happy to take back any unused product for a refund.

I apologize again for the issue. Please just let us know if you need any additional information.
