A heads up to farmers packaging frozen goods: the Weatherproof Polyester Labels are excellent when you are concerned about moisture. When we process our birds we usually label them immediately before freezing; however, there are occasions when a bird gets frozen without a label. With these labels that is no problem. We just take the package from the freezer, wipe the area for the label with a towel and press the label on. We place our palm over the label and apply pressure for a little while, allowing the warmth from our hand to aid with adhesion. The surface is usually irregular and bumpy, yet the label has no problem adhering!

I'm happy to hear that the labels are working out so well for you! The weatherproof polyester material is definitely graded for cold temperature labeling, so they're a great choice for freezer applications such as this one.
