I was not able to download a usable template

Tried to download template to word but it kept going on to include a 2nd page...never lined up. HELP??? Thanks.

We are happy to help. In order to trouble shoot the issue, we will need additional information. Which of our Word templates are you downloading (item number)? Which version of Word are you using and what operating system are you using?

Is the 2nd page showing up as soon as you open the file or only after you start adding your design into the template?
