i have my label made...but want to now put same design on slightly different label size- is there a way to do this without having to remake the whole label? (the copying and pasting doesn't work)

The copy and paste function should function. I just did a test in Maestro Label Designer in my browser (Google Chrome) and was able to confirm it is working.
I would recommend that you use the buttons in the tool bar menu rather than the keyboard command (Control -C) if you are running into any issues. You will find the Copy and Paste buttons located in the top tool bar in Maestro Label Designer.
Make sure to select all the parts / pieces that you want to copy before hitting the Copy button. Once you have hit the Copy button just click on the New button and select your next template.
You should be able to then hit the Paste button in the top tool bar and everything that you copied from your previous design should appear on the new design. Please try again and let us know if this function works for you.
Thanks.

I had our technical team do a test in Safari on a Mac today. They were able to copy and paste without an issue.
Can you provide the exact steps that you are doing along with your OS and browser version?
Thanks.
