unable to read microsoft word download

I am trying to download a Microsoft Word template for label OL6300 but it is unreadable. I am using 2008 version for Mac, version 12.3.3

I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you've experienced. I've created a brand new template for our product OL6300 that should work better in your version of Microsoft Word. The new template is attached to this post. Please download and try using it and let me know if you experience any other problems.
