I am set up to print different labels on the same page with your Maestro software. I tried to print 2 different labels to try to align the printer. The layout shows the 2 labels I have added. When I go to Print preview only one label is displayed. I next tried to enter 2 of each label alternating them. When I went to print preview it filled the full page with the second design even though my layout only showed 4 labels. Is there a way to use your software without wasting so many labels and so much toner?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you're experiencing and I'll be happy to offer any assistance that I can. Based on your description, I'm not fully understanding the problem that's occurring. I was able to locate your Maestro Label Designer account in our system. What's the name of the saved design that's causing the issue? I'd like to open the design and try printing it on my end if possible.
You may also want to consider contacting our customer service department. They would be able to access your design and walk you through any issues you may be having over the phone. You can reach our customer service department directly by dialing 1-888-575-2235.

What I'm trying to say is that if I try to print just a couple of labels on a sheet until I get the page aligned the print preview never matches my page lay-out. It either omits or adds labels to the print preview.

I just took a look at the design you have saved in your Maestro Label Designer account. It appears that you have two labels designed - the middle two labels on the second row of the OL325 template. The rest of the template currently consists of blank labels. When I open the print preview I'm only seeing two labels on the page - one warning label and one scent label. When you open the print preview are there more than two labels appearing? If so, please send the PDF file as an attachment to purchasing@onlinelabels.com. We'll be happy to review the file and have one of our customer service representatives contact you to assist further with the issue.
