We use your lovely labels for printing our designs for our salves, teas and balms. I'm in the midst of holiday bazaar time with only a week to get my items ready and the latest box of labels will not print the colors correctly. When we print on regular paper the colors come out fine but they are very very washed out on the labels. My green label is this horrible grey looking color and the dark green is black. We have gone through 10 sheets of labels trying to adjust printer settings and have not got any where. I'm rather desperate to get this out or I don't have anything for my booth Saturday and I'm sitting here wasting ink and label stock. Please assist.'

Thank you,
Ceanne

I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you've experienced and I'll be happy to offer any assistance that I can. Color replication can differ pretty significantly between plain copy paper and glossy label material when using the default printer settings. You mentioned that you had adjusted some printer settings in an effort to correct the problem - what settings did you change exactly?

In most cases, changing the material type to something like "photo" or "glossy" will drastically improve the way your colors appear on glossy label material. The print quality setting can have an effect on the appearance of colors as well - if the labels look faded or washed out, increasing the print quality could potentially resolve the issue, while reducing the print quality can sometimes help with colors that look to dark or over-saturated.

Please try making these adjustments if you haven't already and let me know if the results are improved at all. Once we have resolved the issue, I'll be happy to send some replacements to cover the sheets lost while testing.
