Why is it that this size label will come up when I'm searching for a specific size range but it is not listed on the dropdown menu? Is it available? Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

Thank you for your inquiry. Which drop down menu are you referring to in this case? I'm able to find the item OL9350 by searching, and it's also showing up in our standard size list at the link below:

http://www.onlinelabels.com/standard.htm

If you see somewhere that you think this item should be listed, please let me know and I'll be happy to take a look into it for you.
