I have been very happy printing the 1.67" round brown kraft labels on my HP Deskjet 1000 - until I unfortunately 'upgraded' to Windows 10. Now the labels are not aligned properly - they have drifted down and to the right. I am thinking of having Windows 10 removed/uninstalled. Do you think the misalignment is due to the Windows 10 - I previously had Windows 8 (not excited about it either).
Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you are experiencing. Can you provide some additional details on what is happening? What software are you using to print the labels (e.g. Microsoft Word, Maestro Label Designer, etc.). What browser are you using? Let me know the specific details and I can attempt to troubleshoot the issues.

Thanks.
