I will need some additional details to troubleshoot. When printing from Maestro Label Designer are you clicking on the Print/Preview button to generate the PDF or are you hitting the Save as PDF button? Can you provide the specific steps you are taking to generate the PDF file? What browser are you using? Is your browser using its built-in PDF viewer or did you change the default viewer to Adobe Acrobat Reader?
