This just started happening today, previously had been working fine and is happening on all templates. When we upload our created design and put it onto the template everything is fine but when we go to print the print preview and/or download the top of the image is cut off. no matter how much we adjust the image inside the template it cuts off the top. The only fix we have found is to go into our software we use to design our labels and shrink the image there. is there any fix to this? we would have to edit over a hundred label designs if not. And just to note again, it was working fine prior to today.

Would it be possible to provide some additional information and potentially some screenshots of the issue so that our software team is able to take a closer look into what may be going wrong? Can you provide details on the browser that you're using to open Maestro Label Designer? It would also be helpful to know what PDF viewing software you're using to open the files that you're attempting to print. We typically recommend Adobe Reader for the best results. If you're already using Adobe Reader, please provide the version number if possible. If you can provide a screenshot displaying the cut-off image issue that could definitely help identify the problem as well.
