A couple of important things that can impact performance: it’s critical to allow the adhesive to fully bond before exposing the label to moisture. The adhesive typically doesn’t begin the bonding process for about 15–20 minutes after application, and full bond strength can take longer depending on the surface and conditions. Submerging too soon can prevent the adhesive from setting correctly.
When you contact support, it would be very helpful to include:
* How long the labels were applied before submerging
* The surface material of the bottles
* Any surface prep that was done (cleaning method, etc.)
* The lot number from your packaging
