Thanks for your post! It looks like you purchased our OL150LP material, which is our Weatherproof Polyester Laser material. This material is designed specifically for laser printers. When printed with an inkjet printer, the ink cannot properly absorb into the label, so it can run or fade when exposed to moisture, which is likely what you're seeing when rinsing the bottles.

I'm sorry to hear you're still experiencing print quality issues with the OL500WI labels. Our Weatherproof Gloss Inkjet material is specially designed for standard inkjet printers, and once the ink has dried, it should resist smearing from moisture and exposure to water.

In many cases, adjusting the printer's paper type (such as Photo, Glossy, Labels, or Heavy Paper) and using a Standard/Normal print quality setting can improve durability by preventing the coating from becoming oversaturated.
