I'm sorry to hear you're still experiencing print quality issues with the OL500WI labels. Our Weatherproof Gloss Inkjet material is specially designed for standard inkjet printers, and once the ink has dried, it should resist smearing from moisture and exposure to water.
In many cases, adjusting the printer's paper type (such as Photo, Glossy, Labels, or Heavy Paper) and using a Standard/Normal print quality setting can improve durability by preventing the coating from becoming oversaturated.
