Here is a challenge!

We wish to apply labels onto HDPE crates that endure a hotwash about once a week.

Thermal transfer printing on polypropylene seems to survive this process but adhesion is the next question.

Any advances on rubber based adhesive?

Thanks for your inquiry. We do carry a white polypropylene thermal transfer material that may be able to handle the extreme conditions that you mentioned in your post. It features a freezer-grade permanent hotmelt rubber adhesive with a service temperature range of -65°F to 147°F.
