Thank you for sharing the image! It appears that this PDF was generated by Maestro Label Designer. Since you've changed the top and side margins, the design has shifted outside the printable area of the template. If you'd like to try another test print, I recommend resetting the margins to the default settings. You can do this by going to Print Labels > Page Setup in the upper-right corner of Maestro Label Designer.

To address the bleed issue, I suggest enabling the "Show Bleed and Safe Zone" option under the View menu. Make sure that your text and the inner white border are located within the safe zone, and extend the black outer border into the bleed area.
