I'm happy to help, but I need more details about the program you're using to print. If you're using ZebraDesigner, you can easily change the label orientation with the New Label Setup Wizard. This wizard guides you through selecting your printer, page size, label size, and label layout. The layout lets you rotate your design to match the width and height settings in the printer driver.
