I just discovered these forums! I hope someone sees this (I already sent a help request) I am using an installed serif font called Agraham, that has some details on the letters and connects the letters through a line. I can see these details plainly in the design software. However, when I go to print, all of the details are lost in the preview and therefore my printer does not pick them up either. It does not matter what size the font is. I really like this font and would love to remedy this if possible.

Welcome to our forum! This comes up from time to time, especially with more decorative or script-style fonts like Agraham.

If you’re designing in Maestro Label Designer and the font details look correct in the editor but disappear in print preview, the most common cause is that the font isn’t being fully recognized by the browser, even if the font is installed on your computer.

Here’s what to try:

* Make sure you’re using a compatible browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, or Safari).
* Install the free Maestro Label Designer – Font Finder extension for your browser. Once installed, any fonts already on your computer—including Agraham—should automatically appear below the preset fonts in the Font Family dropdown.
* After selecting the font again from that list, refresh the preview and check if the fine details and connecting lines appear correctly.

If you’re still missing certain strokes, symbols, or decorative elements, it’s also possible those characters weren’t fully created in that font set. In that case, you could:

* Test a similar script font available directly in Maestro Label Designer, or
* Reinstall the font and try again after restarting your browser.

I hope one of these steps resolves the printing issue.
