Welcome to our forum! This comes up from time to time, especially with more decorative or script-style fonts like Agraham.
If you’re designing in Maestro Label Designer and the font details look correct in the editor but disappear in print preview, the most common cause is that the font isn’t being fully recognized by the browser, even if the font is installed on your computer.
Here’s what to try:
* Make sure you’re using a compatible browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, or Safari).
* Install the free
Maestro Label Designer – Font Finder extension for your browser. Once installed, any fonts already on your computer—including Agraham—should automatically appear below the preset fonts in the Font Family dropdown.
* After selecting the font again from that list, refresh the preview and check if the fine details and connecting lines appear correctly.
If you’re still missing certain strokes, symbols, or decorative elements, it’s also possible those characters weren’t fully created in that font set. In that case, you could:
* Test a similar script font available directly in Maestro Label Designer, or
* Reinstall the font and try again after restarting your browser.
I hope one of these steps resolves the printing issue.
