Label has intermittent design positions one row is centered second row off center next off centered some more.
this does not make any sense. never had these issues before..
2 of the labels are dead center the rest are off this is not good.
if alignment was off all labels should print off not some
OL325 THIS IS HAPPENING WITH ALL THESE LABELS .
TIRED OF WASTING AND PRINTING TEST PRINT. WHENI PRINT THE PAGE FROM TEMPLATE ALL IF FINE WHEN I PRINT TO LABEL SHEET EVERYTHING IS OFF.

mperryman -
I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced when trying to print your labels and I'll be happy to offer any assistance that I can. I'll just need some additional details before looking into the problem. Which program are you using to design and print your labels?

Thank you I called in and she advised that for the labels round especially we should uses ADOBE READER. I ran through 3 pages doing so :(
IT would be nice if you would add this to your instruction for the labels so we know this ahead of time ...
thanks a billion

I'm really sorry for the confusion. We'll look into ways that we can relay that information more clearly going forward. In the meantime, I would be happy to send you replacements for the three sheets that you lost. What was the complete item number for the product that gave you trouble?

I have your OL475WX labels using the Maestro. All four labels print on the inside edge fine, but the top, right, and bottom edges are almost 1/4" short of the edge. What do I need to do to correct this?

What do I need to do to correct this? Local guy - I need a little more information in order to diagnose the issue. Is the image being scaled down or is the image getting cut off? If the image is being scaled down then it is likely that you have page scaling enabled when printing the PDF. To resolve this issue, please make sure that you print at 100% or disable Page Scaling in your PDF viewer when printing. If the image is being cut off then it may that you are trying to print into your printer's unprintable margin. Most printers have a maximum printable area and cannot print all the way to the edge of the sheet. If this is the case, you will likely need to add a white border that goes all the way around your label design. You can learn more about unprintable margins at the link below. We have a tool on the page below that will help you check the unprintable margin on your printer. http://www.onlinelabels.com/printermargins.htmLet us know if either those items resolves the issue. If neither of those resolve the issue let me know and we can continue trouble shooting. Dave C. OnlineLabels.com
