I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you have experienced and I'll be happy to offer any assistance that I can.
I checked with our customer service department and they did receive your container samples late Friday. Someone will be giving you a call this afternoon for further assistance.
In the meantime there a few other suggestions that could potentially improve the adhesion of the labels on the surface of your containers.
You mentioned knowing that a clean surface helps, and this is definitely true. Quickly rubbing the containers down with rubbing alcohol to remove any contaminants, grease, or debris should promote a stronger bond and less bubbling. After cleaning the surface of the containers it's best to let them air dry as opposed to drying them with cloth or a paper towel.
Adding a slight texture to the surface of tricky containers can also help improve the strength of adhesion. This can be accomplished by using a very fine sandpaper or emery cloth. The surface of the container should be cleaned with rubbing alcohol both before and after using the sand paper/emery cloth. This method may be somewhat time consuming, but has proven to help with the bond between adhesives and plastic surfaces in the past. Additional details can be found in a recent guide that we published relating to applying labels to lip balm containers:
http://www.onlinelabels....ying-lip-balm-labels.htm Another potential solution would be to consider a different, possibly smaller, label size. I'm not able to tell exactly which of our labels you are using by looking at the image that you attached, but the curve on the sides of the bottle will make it exceptionally difficult to apply any type of wrap-around label. If you are attempting to wrap-around currently, it may be worth considering small front/back labels with no wrap-around. In this scenario the labels would be lying somewhat flatter, and should be less prone to lifting up.
I hope you find this information useful. Someone from our customer service department will be contacting you shortly to discuss the samples that you sent in, and they'll be more than happy to provide additional details at that time.
