colour fill does not work ?

hi trying to fill the label with the colour red and it doesnt work these need to go out tonight for a order please advise

If you are attempting to set a background color on your template you would need to use the Background Color tool rather than the color fill tool. To locate the Background Color tool, click on the Document Properties tab located to the left of the design area. You should see the Background Color tool at that point with the option to choose a color from a swatch.
