only some labels aligning

Hi,

Hope someone can help me, Ive just had to replace my printer as the 1st one i had broke, I now have a HP LaserJet 500 M551 but im getting problems with the 37mm Circle labels not aligning properly over the complete page, Some line up perfect when other are out by quite a bit.


Im using Internet explorer to print them from the online software, and have windows 7 64bit pro.


Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you are experiencing. Can you provide some more specific details? Is there a pattern to how they are off?

It is also critical that you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader and page scaling is disabled.

Can you please provide more details so I can continue troubleshooting the issue?
