I'm printing labels using an HP Color LaserJet CP4525, and I'm getting some lines of color across white areas when I try to print on my label paper. The issue does not occur when I print on regular paper. I've tried tweaking the gloss settings & paper weight settings, but that is not helping. Any other suggestions on settings I could change to try to alleviate the problem?

Paul - I tried looking up your information in our system, but I don't see any orders associated with the email address that you used. Are you using an OnlineLabels.com brand product? If so, what is the product number?

Is there a pattern to the lines? Are you printing multiple sheets through the printer at a time? Without knowing any details, I think it sounds like it may be toner transferring from the prior print onto the transfer roller and then back onto the next print.

Let me know some additional details and I can try to help troubleshoot.

Thanks.

Hi Dave,
My organization ordered custom labels--the designation on the box is OL3527LP Weatherproof Polyester for Laser. I usually only run one job through at a time, and as I said, the problem doesn't occur on regular paper for whatever reason. Thank you for any guidance you can give.

I spoke to our person who handles our printer issues and support. At this point, we would like to review an image of the lines that you are seeing so we can further troubleshoot. Can you please post the images to this forum post or if it is something that is private you can you submit a support ticket with some images/photos at the link below:

You can submit a support ticket at the link below:

If you submit a support ticket, can you reference this forum post in the ticket so I can make sure that our customer service team forwards the ticket to me?

Thanks. I appreciate your patience.
