I like to use the labels for our equipment. On each unit a unique number. F.e, 101,102,103,104. Can the software do this automatically? |

I just saw this issue being discussed and have submitted a ticket on the issue:
In the dialog box to select the Data Field 1, where Data Field 1 is my serial numbers (1,2.3....) in the .xls file, the size of the dialog box is too big to allow the mouse pointer to reach bottom of the dialog box where "Add Field" has to be selected. Since I am not able to adjust the size of the dialog box (or the whole screen for that matter when the dialog box is active), I am not able to add the Data Field 1 to the label(s). H..E..L..P !

                        kirit -
It sounds as though the browser window may be zoomed in too close, making the "Add Field" button inaccessible. With the mail merge dialog box open, hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard and then press the minus key. This should zoom the browser window out and allow you to access the "Add Field" button properly.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue that you are experiencing.

Thank You for the quick reply.
Your suggestion worked...Totally forgot about CNTRL - key combination to reduce the window size! Was looking for the small square in top right corner of the screen to reduce the window size!

 Another AHA moment...
