I've designed a simple information label on sheets of OL200WX labels, but as it prints, the position of the text on the label begins to shift up, causing the bottom 5 rows bleed up onto each other. This makes 33% of all the labels useless. The labels are perfectly fine on the top rows. I've tried to make changes using Adobe Acrobat, trying to just affect the position of the bottom 5 rows, but it seems to want to move ALL the labels at once, instead of just the bottom 10 that I've selected. I've tried the printer adjustment wizard several times, but I keep encountering the same position movement, leaving many labels with unwanted bleeding of text from the label below or above it.
Has anyone else had a problem similar to this? Were you able to find a solution? Or is a 33% waste typical? I'm printing on a HP Officejet Pro 8720 inkjet printer, and I usually put only one sheet of labels on top of a regular size stack of regular printer paper.

Trevor - I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you're experiencing and I'll be happy to assist however I can. Based on your description of the problem it sounds like you may be dealing with a page scaling issue. This can occur when the page scaling setting is incorrect within Adobe Reader or whichever PDF viewer you're using to print your labels. I've provided a link to our Printer Alignment Guide below: https://www.onlinelabels...nter-alignment-guide.htmThe fourth section of the guide deals specifically with Page Scaling. It will provide a step-by-step tutorial that will ensure your page scaling setting is correct. Please make the suggested changes and then try printing your labels again. If you're still having issues just let us know and we'll continue to assist in troubleshooting the problem.
