I can scratch the print with my fingernails. The label is weatherproof Poly. Is that normal? When printing, I chose the media type as "Label". My other options are thick paper, thicker paper, bond paper. Should I try something different? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. If you're able to scratch away the print with your fingernail then you're dealing with a toner fusion issue. Trying one of the heavier material type settings will most likely resolve the problem. Using a heavier material type setting will increase the fusing temperature and should provide a more permanent bond between the toner and the surface of the label sheet.

Based on the options you listed I would try using the Thicker material type setting. I've also had a lot of success using the Glossy Paper setting on my Brother laser printers with the weatherproof polyester material in the past. If your printer model has a Glossy Paper setting it may be worth trying as well.

I hope this helps. If you need any additional information please just let us know.
