how do I delete my background color to only show the Kraft paper brown as the background

I have designed a label with the background color as close to brown as I could get, but then I realized you have the Kraft brown paper option so I chose that, but there is no way to delete the color I had selected? I just want to print the black ink on the Kraft paper and not print a background color.

You can remove the background color by going to View menu and then clicking on background color circle. You can set the background color to white to effectively remove it from the design. I have attached an image that shows where you select the Background color.
