My labels are printing to high and to the left on top, perfect in the middle 2 rows, and 2 low for the bottom rows. I have tried everything that was suggested and still the same problem. I even bought a new printer, made sure it was aligned properly. I've wasted 8 sheets so far. What could be the problem? I have a very small business and needed the labels right away. I can't afford to keep using up labels

I reviewed your account and I see you have purchased both the OL6300 configuration and the OL2681 configuration in your order history. Those configurations are both 1.5" x 1.5" labels, but they lay out differently on the sheet. Can you confirm you are using the appropriate template in Maestro Label Designer for this item? Based on your explanation, I think you may be trying to use the OL2681 template with the OL6300 labels. The OL2681 configuration has spacing between the labels so it starts higher on the sheet and ends lower on the sheet.

You can see the differences in the layouts at the link below:

OL6300

OL2681

Please confirm and we can continue to troubleshoot.

Thanks.
