The labels are printing correctly lined up but they are not bright and shiny like they should be. We are trying to print glossy labels and have never had an issue from our windows pc. We downloaded the label as a PDF, we have changed the setting on the Mac and the printer without luck. The only way we found to get them to print shiny photo quality is to print it twice.
Anyone seen this before? We tired google and the mac forums without luck so far.

Which settings have you tried adjusting so far? Changing the material type to a photo or glossy setting should provide a darker, more vivid print than the plain paper or default setting. You can also try adjusting the print quality setting from normal to high or best. Increasing the print quality setting should increase the volume of the ink being output and result in a darker print as well.
