When I print labels the colour is smearing
On printer we purchased a lot of them , so we need it to work or replace them, as it’s smearing on the gloss paper we have tried different settings and not working sadly .

I'm sorry for the issue. I was able to locate your account and it appears that you purchased our white gloss material for laser printers. The printer model you're using is an inkjet model, which would definitely be the reason you're experiencing the smearing issues.
It looks like you've already initiated a product return and placed a new order for weatherproof glossy material for inkjet printers. This should definitely resolve the problems you've run into. To ensure the best printing results you should select the photo or glossy paper type setting from your printer's media type options.
