I do most of my graphics work on an iPad and am trying to launch Maestro. It keeps giving me an error message that I don't have flash player. But your new platform supposedly doesn't need flash player. How can I get it to launch?

You are correct that Maestro Label Designer no longer requires Flash Player to work. That being said, Maestro Label Designer isn't set up to support touch based tablets like the iPad at this time. The Flash Player warning message is somewhat mis-leading. Our development team needs to update that message so it says that we don't currently support the iPad rather than putting up a Flash Player warning.
We do have iPad functionality for Maestro Label Designer on our list of projects that we hope to tackle in 2017. Thanks for your patience.

Ok, it’s been 8 years since this thread was started, and I have a question…
Why is it still not available to be used on an iPad?
I ask this because my MacBook is not being friendly for some reasons and I HAVE print labels for an order tomorrow, and to my surprise, a company like online labels still hasn’t gotten around to making an app or website that is iPad friendly.
I find that ridiculous considering how many small businesses used iPads for work.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your MacBook. The Maestro Label Designer software requires a minimum screen resolution of 1024 pixels. This ensures that the interface displays correctly and allows you to access all necessary tools. Unfortunately, some tablets may not meet this resolution requirement, depending on the model and screen size. While smaller tablets might not provide an optimal experience, larger tablets with higher resolutions should be compatible. To check if your device meets the minimum resolution, you can visit the following compatibility link: https://secure.onlinelabels.com/designer/maestro-requirements-checklist.aspx
If you're still having trouble or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out! In the meantime, I will have our Programming Team look into improving compatibility for Maestro Label Designer across all devices in the future.
