I have a 2.5 x .5 sticker template. I add all the graphics to my template, but when I print, the 2.5 x .5 "outline" feom the template prints, how do I turn the 2.5 x .5 template image off?

I'm having a little trouble identifying the exact template you’re using, and I'm unable to locate an order for this specific size on the account. Could you let us know if this is one of our OnlineLabels products and whether you’re using Maestro Label Designer or Microsoft Word?
If you can provide the product or template number, we can take a closer look and guide you through the steps to turn off the outline.
