Greetings. I have recently received OL5375 and OL3012 circle labels. I have adjusted the printer margins to what I thought it should be but I am having troubles having it come out correctly. My non-printable margins are before the edge of the sheet where the label paper ends if that makes sense. I am trying anyways, and hoping for the best but my labels in the printer previews end up being too big and have square sides. How do I remedy this? I've tried changing the margins around and still am having no such luck. I've attached link to it for reference. I'm quite frustrated and really had hoped these labels will work out for me but I don't understand how to align them correctly.. I'll also note that I use maestro https://maestro.onlinela...d7-ada2-5a4dd167b784.pdfEdited by user Friday, November 25, 2016 3:16:17 PM(EST)

Unfortunately, the OL5375 - 2" circular labels have very tight margins on the left / right side. I suspect the margins on this item may be outside of your printer's printable margin so I am not sure there is much you can do to resolve the issue if you are trying to create labels that have color that runs all the way to the edges of the labels. You can check out our printer alignment guide at the link below. https://www.onlinelabels.com/articles/printer-alignment-guide.htmYou can also print out our printer margin check tool at the link below. Make sure you print the file below at 100% (no scaling) to get accurate results. https://www.onlinelabels.com/misc/printermargin.pdfYou may want to consider returning the OL5375 and purchasing our product code OL2682. Our product OL2682 has less labels on the sheet, but it doesn't have the same tight margins of the OL5375. You can check out the item at the link below. https://www.onlinelabels.com/OL2682.htmOnce we establish your printer's exact unprintable margin, I can be in a better position to make recommendations. Let me know. Dave C. OnlineLabels.com
