I paid for the full package via paypal on 8/8/18 but purchased lables separately. how do I get an activation code as I don't want to pay again ? I have not received and email from them confirming payment but it has definitely gone from my account.

Bev - I see you placed an order at Online Labels UK site, but the Maestro Label Designer account you set up is with our US site. We run 2 different versions of Maestro Label Designer as we have different product lines on the US & UK versions of our site. Each version has different activation codes and logins. The products in the US version of Maestro Label Designer will not match our UK offering as the sheet sizes in the UK are A4 size and our US offering is 8.5" x 11".
