I am trying to print labels on OL550LP. No mater the bleed, margin change, printer, no border. It keeps printing with a border and it should print fill to edge. I’ve even taken it to two different print shops. Same issue. Please assist.

I apologize for any confusion. Most laser printers have a non-printable margin that won't allow you to print all the way to the edge of the sheet. This is a limitation of the hardware, and unfortunately isn't something that can typically be accounted for by adjusting printer settings. You can read more about non-printable margins at the link below:

https://www.onlinelabels.com/support/printer-margins

If you are looking to print labels with a full background color, the best way to get around the non-printable margins would be to use a label configuration that incorporates a margin around the exterior of the sheet. I've linked to a similar sized product below that incorporates margins that would resolve any potential issues you may have with non-printable margins:

If you'd like to try a few sheets of this product before placing an order you can enter a sample request below:

https://www.onlinelabels.com/General/SamplesSelectItems.aspx

Another option would be to speak with one of our representatives about having us print your labels for you. Our team would be able to account for these design elements and make recommendations on the size of the label you should use to avoid the non-printable margins. You can reach our print team directly by calling 1-888-575-2235.

I hope this helps. If you need any additional information please just let us know.
