Hi I have a branded label that I created in Avery last year. I have since switched to OnlineLabels and redesigned them to be as close as possible. Unfortunately, customers are complaining and want my Avery design instead. I want to stay with OnlineLabels in Maestro. Is there anyway for me to open the downloaded PDF in Maestro???

Not sure if, there is a solution. I really want to avoid having to redesign again in another software...

Thank you!

Maestro Label Designer does allow for PDF uploads once you've opened a template within the program. This can be accomplished by clicking on the "Upload New Image" button that is located within the Images tab to the left of the design area. This option will import the entire PDF file as an image. You won't have the ability to edit anything aside from the size of the image. If the PDF file doesn't match our template dimensions exactly you will likely run into issues with print alignment.

A better option may be to take a screen shot of your existing PDF file and then crop the screen shot down to an image of a single label design on the template. Once you have your image saved, you can open up the desired template in Maestro Label Designer, select "Standard Design Mode" and then upload the image file for use on the template. This would be the easiest way to retain your exact artwork while ensuring the labels are properly aligned while printing from Maestro Label Designer.

I hope this helps. If you need any additional information please just let us know.
