I am trying to create labels for our GPS units.
All units have Logo and QR code at top followed by: Model Type Modem Unit Website
The model, type, modem and unit can vary for each device. Is there an easy way to copy the template to the whole sheet and then just change those 4 items?

As long as there is no variance in the QR code from label to label, you'll be able to accomplish this using the mail merge feature within Maestro Label Designer. A mail merge allows you to import data from an external file for use within your your label template.
You can view our guide to setting up a mail merge within Maestro Label Designer at the link below:

If you need tips on formatting a spreadsheet for use in a mail merge, we have a guide for that too:

Any static information that will be the same from label to label (logo, QR code, website) can be added to the template without the mail merge tool. These items will appear across all of your labels, alongside the varying data you import using the mail merge tool.
If you need assistance setting up a mail merge for the first time, please feel free to contact our customer service team. You can reach them directly by phone at 1-888-575-2235, or by submitting a support ticket at the link below:

I hope this helps. If you need any additional information please just let us know.
