I’m trying to use the mail Merger function in Microsoft word. I’m using OL820RX
When i select OnlineLabels.com and look at the available templates, OL820 nor OL820RX is listed.
Please advise. I am trying to import a list of information from an excel document into these labels

Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately, not all of our products have templates available within the mail merge section of Microsoft Word. We do have a guide that provides step by step instructions for manually creating a matching template for use with the mail merge function in Word:

This guide is broken down by version of Microsoft Word, so be sure to look for the section that applies to whichever version you have installed.
