Is there a laser printer recommendation in 2025 for laser labels? I have been using a Brother HL-L3280CDW, and the prints i get are awful. They are not clear, smooth and are very faded. I have contacted Brother several times, with no help. Every time I think I have found someone that can help, I get a promise of a phone call back with no phone call ever happening. Even via email, no response. I am very disappointed in the customer service that Brother does, does not, provide.
I miss my Konica Minolta I had for many years, over 12. It was the best printer ever, and Konica Minolta provided the best customer service.

I'm sorry to hear about the print quality issues. We haven't tested every available laser printer model, but our research and customer feedback have shown that the HP Color LaserJet Pro series of printers work best. Our Product Testing Team has also had a lot of success with the Canon imageCLASS series. Both printer lines have a variety of models available with different features and price points, so you should be able to find one that fits your budget.
Whichever model you choose, it's important to adjust the paper type setting to achieve optimal results when printing on label material. Most laser printers are set by default to print on plain copy paper. By changing the setting to a heavier option, such as photos, glossy paper, or labels, you can ensure better print quality and durability for your specialized labels.
To address the current issue with your Brother printer, it looks like their online troubleshooting suggests changing the printer's density setting to fix any light or faint print. Another suggestion is to do manually drum cleaning. The step-by-step instructions for both of these can be found in the printer's manual. Using one of the above-mentioned paper types should help in this as well.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you need anything else.

Thank you so much. I have done everything Brother suggested, including adjusting print density. Unfortunately, nothing worked. I definitely look into the HP and Canon series as mentioned. Again, thank you.
