My Canon Pixma 620 printer is worn out. I got an HP Color Laserjet Pro 3201dw. When I try and print labels OL1555WJ they do not print the correct color. I have tried every HP driver, firmware update and settings within the printer and software to no avail. If I print something just off the internet or a photo etc. the colors print fine. It appears to be something within the Maestro program I guess. I am at a loss and really need help as I print alot of labels. Please help. Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear about the printing issue. Most quality issues can be resolved by adjusting the printer's media type setting. For inkjet printing, you can try a Photo Glossy setting. When printing from Maestro Label Designer, a PDF is generated. For optimal alignment, we recommended using Adobe's free Reader. Within the advanced print settings, you can find Print as Image which may also help with any color output issues.
Regarding the new printer, this is a laser printer and would not be recommended for use with our Weatherproof Matte Inkjet (WJ) material you purchased. If you'd like to continue using the OL1555 label configuration, you can purchase this in the Weatherproof Polyester Laser (LP), which can be used in HP laser printers.

Thanks for your response. Regarding the OL1555 labels. I would like to continue using that format. Can you give me the actual label # that is the weather proof polyester that you are suggesting with my laser printer? Thanks.
