Currently, we have procedures in place to ensure that the sheets never exceed our tolerance of 1/16th of an inch. For this reason we recommend allowing spacing of 1/16 of an inch in your design for possible sheet travel during printing. Please refer to our Printer Alignment Guide, or contact customer service for additional assistance at 1-888-575-2235.
