By default, FireFox employs its own PDF reader that is not 100% compatible with our recommended print settings for label templates. Please continue by disabling the FireFox PDF Viewer and enabling Adobe Reader by following the directions below:
FireFox1. Click on the Firefox button to open the FireFox menu, and select Options to open the Options Window
2. In the Options Window, select the Applications tab
3. In the Content Type column, change “Preview in FireFox”
4. In the Action column, “Preview in FireFox” to “Use Adobe Acrobat (in FireFox)”
5. Click OK
In some cases, the option is listed as “Adobe Acrobat Document”
