In Word 2013, when I change the orientation of the template I get the results detailed in the attached image. http://www.evernote.com/shard/s...d2097ef7d41c0940aff0472cYou can see that the labels did not rotate, and the test orientation did not change. Is there something I'm missing here? Thanks

In Microsoft Word, you will need to start with a landscape formatted template rather than changing to landscape at the time of printing. I have attached a copy of the Word Template for OL28 in landscape form to this post. If you start with this template, you should be able to get it to layout correctly when printing. You may want to consider using our Maestro Label Designer software. It is web-based so no download is required and it is compatible with all our products. It will be much easier to use than Microsoft Word. You would have received an activation code with your order. Here is a link to the program. http://www.onlinelabels.com/maestroLet us know if you need any additional help. OL28 template...The landscape orientation is good, but I need the spaces between the labels to be vertical, not horizontal. How do I do this? I have blank labels that are formatted this way.

The spacing needs to be vertical if you are using the landscape template that we provided. If you create a new template where the spacing is horizontal yet the page is landscape, it is not going to work with our product OL28. Are you using our product - OL28? http://www.onlinelabels.com/ol28.htmI assumed in your original post that you were using an Online Labels brand product (OL28). If you are not using our product then you would need to create a Word template from scratch. Here is an article on Microsoft's site in regards to creating a custom label template. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word-help/create-custom-sized-labels-HP005187155.aspx I hope this is helpful.
