Activation code

I just activated my code today but when I begin designing a label the watermark is showing. My code is good until 9/8/2014. How do I get the program to recognize my activation code?

I reviewed your Maestro Label Designer account and it appears to be activated (assuming you are using the same email address as you used to log in to this forum).

Can you please log out of Maestro Label Designer and log back in? Once you do that, please regenerate the PDF file and let me know if you are seeing the watermark on the newly generated PDF?
