Hello,
We have recently began experiencing difficulties with outlines of boxes printing on our labels. It appears that this is coming from the text boxes we are creating in Maestro. Prior to recently we have been designing in another software and importing our images and this has not been of concern.
Could you please look at "Just Born" file in our saved documents for reference. Specifically the first two elephant labels have boxes (lighter pink print) where the text is.
Another file reference is "first birthday" file with the present; third tab.
Again, this only occurs when designing using text box within Maestro.
If you could please provide a solution so that we can eliminate this problem when printing it would be great appreciated.

In some instances, the text box itself may be slightly visible once printed if you are using a background color or placing the text box over an image.

The best way to solve this issue is to print your whole design as an image. To print as an image, open the printer dialog box in Adobe Reader and select the “Advanced” option in the lower left. In this area you will see the option to “Print As Image.” Once you have clicked this option and press print, it should resolve the issue.

I have included a screen shot for your reference. Let me know if this resolves the issue.

Thanks.
