image flake on silver paper

Hello all, im im using the ol6200sf and printing with a samsung clx4195fw
and when i print it comes out as if the ink has got stuck on the roller or something and sort of pulled part of the image off the paper and smudged it .
any thoughts on what might be wrong?

It sounds like a toner fusion issue. This normally happens when you aren't using the proper media type settings for the material. When printing, can you please make sure to change your media type settings to "Labels"?

You will typically find your media type settings in the printer dialog box that pops up when you press print. There is normally a media type drop down under the Advanced printer options.

Can you try changing these settings and let me know if it improves the results?
