Flexography Printing, or flexo, is a form of printing which utilizes a flexible plate. It is essentially a modern version of letterpress , which can be used for printing on almost any type of substrate, including plastic, metallic films, cellophane, and paper. It is widely used for printing on the non-porous substrates required for various types of food packaging.

Prints labels on one continuous roll
For any size order–1,000 pieces to the millions
Uses fast drying inks allowing for a high-speed process
Water-based and UV inks available
Can print up to 10 colors and has embossing capabilities
Flexible packaging printing options available

Please share some new benefits except these. I'd be glad to discuss on those.
