Hi,
I have noticed recently that when printing on your waterproof gloss sheets, the entire page ends up covered in quarter-sized circles of what look like small white marks or bubbles. They show up mostly on black ink but are also noticeable on other colors. I don't experience this problem when printing on other papers. I bought my printer (Canon MG7120) new just this past year and it hasn't given me any other problems which is why I think it has something to do with the paper.
I make and sell stickers, so it is important for me to achieve the highest quality that I can. I know I don't have the most professional printer by any means, but I am hoping this is a problem that can be easily fixed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks! Elise

Elise -
I'm sorry to hear about the problem that you're experiencing. It definitely sounds unique - would it be possible to provide a photograph illustrating the issue?
Sometimes weird printing inconsistencies can be resolved by making a simple adjustment to the material type setting in your printer options. If you haven't yet, please try adjusting the material type setting to Photo or Glossy. This will often drastically improve the print quality on the weatherproof glossy material.
If this suggestion doesn't resolve your issue please just let me know, and I'll be happy to continue looking into this for you.

I'm receiving an access error when trying to view the link that you included in your last post. If you aren't able to submit the picture as an attachment to this post you could send it to us in an email. The email address is purchasing@onlinelabels.com. Regarding your printer settings, you could potentially try reducing the print quality from Best to Normal. Depending on the label design, the Best quality option can sometimes cause over-saturation, which can in turn cause odd printing inconsistencies.

I was able to locate the email with the picture that you sent of the issue that you are experiencing. It appears you are purchasing and printing on full sheet labels from our company, but have you printed round labels on that same printer anytime recently? The only time I've seen similar round imprints occur when printing has been after circular labels have been printed with a full background color or border. Occasionally, in those scenarios, ink can be left on the rollers or printing mechanism and cause an imprint of the shape to be left on future prints.
I'm not sure if that's the issue here, but based on what is shown in that picture the next step would probably be to run a cleaning cycle on the printer. There is usually an option within the settings of most printer models that will allow a cleaning cycle of some kind to be run. This often involves purging ink onto a sheet of paper, so make sure you take the label material out of the printer tray and replace it with regular copy paper before running the cleaning cycle.
