I'm sorry to hear about your alignment issue and I'll be happy to offer any assistance that I can.
If the alignment is consistently off to the left it is likely due to label sheet shifting slightly as it's fed through the printer. You can usually resolve this issue by manually adjusting the margins to account for the shift that is occurring. You'll find step-by-step instructions on how to adjust your design's margins at the link below:
http://www.onlinelabels....rinting-Test-Sheets.aspxIf you haven't already, you could also try adjusting your material type to a heavier setting within your printer options. Using a heavier material setting such as photo, labels, or cardstock will generally slow down the feed and can potentially have a positive impact on misalignment issues caused by shifting.
As far as printer recommendations go, the printer models listed below have scored very highly on our printer feedback surveys with customers using the Standard White Matte material.
HP Officejet Pro 8600
HP Officejet Pro 8610
HP LaserJet Pro 400
HP LaserJet Pro 200
Brother HL-4570CDW
I've had the opportunity to use both the HP Officejet Pro 8600 and the HP LaserJet Pro 200 with a variety of our different label materials and have been very pleased with the results so far.
I hope you find this information useful. If you should require any additional assistance please just let me know.
