Hi there,

I've downloaded the following template OL5375 - 2" Circle Labels in two formats.
Open Office and .doc formats

In Open Office, the Circles are not circles, but squares.

And in Word, what opens is a page full of coding.
I tried opening the .doc in Open Office and in Pages, and also on Google docs (as I don't own a version of Microsoft Word).
All the same.

Is it possible to send me a compatible version?

I'm using Open Office 4.

Thank you.

I apologize for the confusion and I'll be happy to offer any assistance that I can.

Unfortunately, Microsoft Word and Open Office are only capable of producing rectangular or square gridlines. This can make designing and printing round labels pretty tricky with these programs. If you are looking to print a simple, text-only design then the square templates should work well for your application, but if you are interested in designing a more complex label you may want to try using our design software, Maestro Label Designer.

Maestro Label Designer is provided free of charge with any order that you place with OnlineLabels.com. This program will give you access to templates for all of our standard products, including true circular templates for our round labels. You can access Maestro Label Designer by visiting the link below:

I hope this information helps. If you do decide you would like to use a Microsoft Word Template, please just let me know and I'll email a working version to you. It will only consist of square gridlines, but would potentially be a workable option if you're design is simple and text based.
